Los Angeles-Based Articulation Agency Receives Marcom Awards for Design and Branding Excellence
The Articulation Agency, a Los Angeles based design, branding and marketing firm, recently earned recognition for branding excellence by the MarCom Awards organization. Three MarCom awards were presented to the Articulation Agency for its comprehensive branding efforts on clients ranging a high-end beauty editorial website, a workplace discrimination law firm, and a global non-profit in collaboration with the Dalai Lama.
Highbrow was newly created high-end beauty and fashion destination where leading industry experts would reveal professional tricks of the trade and visitors could read, engage and discuss the latest trends. Highbrow partnered with Articulation Agency to develop its look, brand and website to effectively engage with visitors and contributors. Following its launch, the beauty publication was recognized for its intuitive and easy-to-use website, strong editorial engagement and celebrity involvement. A focus for the branding and web development initiative was authentically communicating Highbrow’s dedication to empowering its visitors with fresh expert views on beauty, and culture.

The Articulation Agency also received a MarCom award for its work on the newly launched Carlin & Buchsbaum website. Carlin & Buchsbaum is a Long Beach-based discrimination law firm seeking to empower mistreated employees in the city of Los Angeles. The new website design and development process focused on providing a modern sense of branding, a welcoming atmosphere, and messaging to communicate the law firm’s professionalism, expertise, and goodwill. Carlin & Buschbaum needed a more visual, responsive, and engaging website to better express the firm’s strengths, personality, and values. The Articulation incorporated strong visual cues, large areas of negative space, powerful imagery and impactful copy to draw the attention of visitors and clients.

The Articulation Agency also received recognition from the MarCom Awards for its efforts in the non-profit space. Articulation worked with Friends of Dalai Lama to help the organization better convey their message through an interactive, image-based website. The non-profit gathers supporters of the Dalai Lama, providing a place for dialogue and support of the message of peace and compassion. The Articulation Agency designed and built the website for the Friends of Dalai Lama, presenting his core philosophical tenants in an interactive and engaging way.
