One of the nation’s leading commercial real estate brokers enlisted Articulation to help build his professional brand to broaden his range of offerings and reach a wider client base. The goal of the campaign was to help position the broker as a real estate investment industry expert available for speaking, teaching, and mentoring. The strategy consisted of editorial and strategic assistance in the writing and publication of a real estate wealth-building and investment book as well as significant research and brand consulting to develop the right core messaging and visual identity. The Articulation team built and launched the broker’s personal website to extend his brand, showcase service offerings, and increase accessibility among investors, students, and clients. The book was published in the summer of 2008, coordinated with the successful launch of the personally-branded website.
